A Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting project managers and teams in the planning, execution, and completion of projects. Project Coordinators serve as a central point of contact for all project-related activities and stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflow.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- 1 Year Project Coordination Experience within the BPO environment
- Relevant Qualifications may be advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Coordinating project activities across different teams and departments, ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. This may include organizing meetings, maintaining project documentation, and providing administrative support to the project team.
- Reporting and Analysis: Tracking project progress, identifying trends, and producing reports for senior management. This may involve collecting and analyzing data related to project budgets, schedules, risks, and other metrics.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improving project management processes to enhance project delivery, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. This may involve identifying opportunities for automation, optimizing workflows, and developing best practices.
- Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks, and developing strategies to mitigate potential problems. This may involve developing contingency plans, monitoring risks, and providing risk assessments to project managers and senior management.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicating with project stakeholders, including team members, vendors, clients, and senior management. This may involve managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and negotiating solutions to problems.
- Training and Development: Providing training and mentoring to project team members on project management processes, tools, and techniques. This may involve developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing coaching to team members.
