WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Define and execute the technical and operational strategy for the SaaS platform, ensuring scalability and innovation.
- Oversee the development and continuous improvement of the SaaS platform, ensuring best-in-class performance and reliability.
- Implement and refine processes for product delivery, client onboarding, and system maintenance to meet SLAs and exceed customer expectations.
- Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Leverage analytics and reporting to optimize platform performance and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with leadership, sales, and client success teams to align technical capabilities with business goals.
WHO YOU ARE
- Proven experience as a technical or operations leader in a SaaS environment.
- Strong background in software development, cloud technologies, and platform management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of driving operational improvements.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and support staff.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (e.g., churn rate, LTV, CAC) and operational KPIs.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
