Our client, a well-established chartered accountancy firm, is seeking a talented Bookkeeper for their Weybridge office, either full or part time, with hybrid working. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive bookkeeping tasks for a variety of clients.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns.
- Develop and manage financial reports including monthly management accounts (10% of the role).
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial transaction records.
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Offer financial support and advice to management.
About You:
- AAT/ACCA part-qualified or qualified by experience (QBE).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in bookkeeping within a UK practice.
- A strong knowledge of Xero is essential ; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and adept at client interactions.
