Position: Account Manager
Salary: 32,000 - 39,000 + excellent employee benefits
Hybrid set up: 1 day a week working from home + Flexible hours

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relationship Development:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Understand your clients' businesses, goals, and needs to provide tailored support and insights.
Project Leadership:
- Lead day-to-day project management for client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and timeline updates.
- Coordinate project activities across teams to ensure projects are delivered on-time and meet quality expectations.
Forecasting and Reporting:
- Keep forecast updates for your dedicated projects, ensuring financials are meticulously tracked and are a true reflection month on month.
Proposals and Presentations:
- Confidently create proposals, estimates, and timing plans for projects, clearly communicating deliverables to clients.
Research and Industry Insights:
- Stay informed on industry trends and proactively apply this knowledge to help clients stay ahead of market developments.
Client Account Growth:
- Explore and develop new opportunities within existing client accounts, fostering long-term partnerships.

You should have experience in account management, project leadership skills, and have the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
