Key Responsibilities: - Lead the gallery's day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of exhibitions, events, and administrative functions.
- Develop and execute the gallerys strategic vision, focusing on curating exhibitions that reflect the gallerys mission and vision.
- Cultivate relationships with artists, curators, collectors, and art institutions to expand the gallerys network and reach.
- Oversee gallery marketing and public relations efforts, including social media, press releases, and advertising.
- Manage gallery staff, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
- Coordinate logistics for exhibitions, including installation, lighting, and event planning.
- Maintain financial oversight of the gallery, including budgeting, sales, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in gallery or museum management, with a strong background in contemporary art.
- Passion for art and the ability to engage with artists, collectors, and visitors in a meaningful way.
