Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage inventory levels of hotel supplies, including food, beverages, linens, and other essentials.
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits to maintain accurate records.
- Reconcile discrepancies and report any issues to management.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain detailed records of stock movements and usage.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all inventory items.
- Collaborate with various departments to forecast future inventory needs.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Stock Controller or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to storage and handling of goods.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
