Recruiter (Remote, 5 PM- 1 AM)

The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and empathetic, with a proven ability to manage high volumes of candidates while ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate and promote our mission and values to attract top candidates.
- Leverage strong tech skills to utilize our ATS, LinkedIn, Monday.com, email, and interview scheduling tools.
- Manage and organize a large volume of candidates, ensuring all details and interviews are tracked and updated accurately.
- Collaborate with the operations team to match candidates with clients specific needs and schedules.
- Maintain a compassionate and understanding approach, addressing therapists' needs for work-life balance and alignment with a mission-driven culture.
- Provide clear and concise updates to senior leadership on recruitment progress.
Qualifications:
Stable work history with 3+ years of recruitment experience.
Strong technical proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn, Monday.com, and other relevant platforms.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
Compassionate and empathetic, with a deep understanding of candidate needs.
Intelligent decision-maker with a collaborative mindset for hiring solutions.
Requirements:
Stable Wi-Fi or fiber internet connection.
Own laptop with reliable performance.
Availability to work remotely from 5 PM to 1 AM.
