A well-established and fast-growing financial claims mis-selling company is recruiting an experienced Claims Processing Manager to join the team.
THE ROLE: Overall, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload efficiently and within regulatory guidelines. This will include:
- Process a high volume of cases from initiation to resolution
- Liaise with clients, third parties and other stakeholders to gather necessary information
- Review case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Provide regular updates to clients
- Escalate complex cases.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: - Recent experience in case management, claims handling or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to multi-task
- Good written and spoken English
SALARY & BENEFITS: - 30,000 - 40,000, dependent on experience
