As a Transformation Office Analyst (m/f/d), you support the tracking and administration of key transformation initiatives across the company. Working closely with the Head of Transformation Office, Transformation Managers and various stakeholders, you will support the set-up and maintain a clear process for monitoring progress and creating transparency, aligning initiatives with our strategic goals. You will frequently liaise with Workstream Leads and Initiative Owners, providing support in initiative valuation and conducting ad hoc sessions and training as needed. Through these efforts, you will contribute to sustainable change and continuous improvement within the organization.
Your tasks in a nutshell:

Stage gate process development: You support the development of a stage gate process with defined requirements and KPIs to monitor transformation initiatives and support the creation of a governance structure aligned with overall transformation goals

Process maintenance and training: You will maintain and refine the central tracking process, act as the primary contact for feedback and conduct training sessions to onboard teams effectively

Data management and reporting: You will play an important role in defining and producing regular status reports to update all workstreams and our ExCom on transformation progress

Experience: several years of relevant experience, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a background as a Project Controller, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Controller or in a similar role

Key skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as in business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI)

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as International Management, Project Management, Economics, Information Systems or equivalent professional experience
