We are looking for a Finance Administrator for our client based in Huddersfield. The ideal candidate will either be qualified by experience or someone who has recently studied Accountancy at University or College.
This is a small, friendly team where everyone plays their part. Good attention to detail and the ability to pick up new systems are essential.
Main duties to include:
- Raising PO numbers, matching and processing purchase invoices.
- Bank reconciliations
- Raise manual invoices when required
- Ensure the information entered is accurate and any discrepancies are flagged
- Ad hoc accounts duties to support the wider team
We are looking for:
- Knowledge of accounts functions, either through study or working experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to learn new IT systems
- Someone who can work independently and work to deadlines
