Overview
Are you within shopping centre management or a senior retailer, looking for an exciting new challenge? You could be the new Shopping Centre Manager of this exciting retail destination in Basingstoke, with the chance to work with one of the largest property management companies in the UK.
Your responsibilities will be:
- The day-to-day duties of a centre manager, reporting to the local authority landlord and Surveyor when necessary, and supporting each other to ensure all tasks are carried out to the highest standard.
- Lead the onsite contracted team in cleaning, security, maintenance and more, ensuring the highest operational standards are carried out within the scheme.
- Liaise with onsite tenants, supporting them in their trade, and also fostering relationships with local stakeholders, such as charities, emergency services, and more.

The right candidate will have:

- An awareness of Health and Safety protocols not restricted to full site evacuations and measures designed to protect the public, staff, and the centre.
- Experience managing budgets, preferably service charge.
The budget is 57,000 to 62,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.
