Job Description:
Lead and oversee the operations of The 80th Restaurant & Grill, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth coordination of the team, and achievement of financial goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and optimal performance.
Implement strategies to increase revenue and manage expenses effectively.
Recruit, train, and manage staff, including performance appraisals.
Maintain compliance with South African health, safety, and labor regulations.
Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to provide seamless service.
Manage inventory, supplier relations, and stock ordering.
Monitor budgets and financial reports, analyzing performance metrics.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of a diploma or degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years’ experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
Strong knowledge of South African labor laws, health, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and inventory management systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
