Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Parow, Cape Town
Our technology/software SaaS client in Parow Cape Town is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner who will work with senior management and people managers of respective business units to provide support to drive HR strategies.
You will focus on:

- Organizational Development
- HR Information Systems
- Remuneration Benefits and Industrial Relations
Salary: Market Related CTC (Include Medical aid and Provident fund) – Hybrid role: 3 days in office and 2 days at home.
Min Requirements:
- Honours Degree in Human Resources
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably from a tech, technology, IT, or Software sector

- Support the rollout of the Increase management process etc.

- Job Grading
- Benefits: Manage the full coordination of Medical Aid and Provident fund.
