Salary: 45,000- 55,000 neg

What You'll Do:
As our Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing financial operations and compliance with UK accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting leadership with financial planning, analysis, and strategic insights.
- Managing client-related financial processes with precision and professionalism.
- Leading projects like general ledger migrations and process improvements.
- Streamlining reporting, automating workflows, and ensuring the integrity of financial data.
What You'll Bring:
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented finance professional with the following skills and experience:
Essential Skills & Behaviours:
- Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with accounting software like Sage or Xero, including reporting and automation.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A self-starter attitude with a passion for challenging the status quo and improving processes.
- Integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
Experience & Knowledge:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven success in finance roles within financial services, wealth management, or a related sector.
- Familiarity with UK GAAP and FCA compliance/reporting (highly desirable).
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end accounting functions in smaller organisations.
