Preferred Qualification:
- Diploma in SCM/ Procurement/ Administration or equivalent
Minimum Experience:
- 2 years’ administrative experience of which 1 year must have been in Supply Chain
Key Outputs:
Reporting to the Lead Demand Specialist, the appointee will:
- Plan and Coordinate Unit Responsibilities
- Prepare BSC annual calendar together with the Lead Specialist.
- Coordinate weekly meetings for the committee and ensure that all documentation is copied and circulated to members in accordance with the agreed timelines.
- Coordinate and Facilitate Bid Specification Committee Administration
- Receive documents and compile submission packs.
- Arrange BSC meeting with relevant stakeholders.
- Render General Bid Administrative Support Services
- Maintain and Update Bid Register.
- Assist with Bid compilations.
