Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Engage with clients to comprehend business processes and requirements.
- Conduct workshops and interviews for thorough business analysis.
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Configure and tailor SAP Business One to meet client needs.
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful data migration.
- Training and Support:
- Conduct comprehensive end-user training sessions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Optimization and Documentation:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of client configurations and customizations.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts.
- Work closely with external partners and vendors as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record in SAP Business One implementations and support.
- Strong grasp of ERP concepts and business processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Business One certification.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with integration tools and methodologies.
