Contract Personnel Ltd are recruiting for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie, on behalf of a hugely successful, extremley busy, Farm shop and Restaurant just outside Long Stratton.

The restaurant has a loyal customer base that appreciates high-quality, innovative dishes and pride themselves on creating exceptional dishes made from locally sourced, high-quality ingredients. With fresh produce at your fingertips and meat directly from their onsite butchery within the Food Hall, you'll have all the tools to craft exciting, mouth-watering menus that showcase the best of the season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting others: Work as a key part of the kitchen team and ensuring the smooth operation of your section and contributing to the overall success of the kitchen.
- Menu Creation: Contribute to the development of creative, seasonal menus that highlight fresh, local ingredients.
- Maintain High Standards: Deliver consistently high-quality dishes, ensuring presentation and flavour are always top-notch.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your fellow chefs to maintain a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
- Food Safety: Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
What They are Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role is essential.
- Creative & Motivated: A passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and a desire to create innovative dishes.
- Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team and lead by example.
- Attention to Detail: A commitment to producing high-quality food with a focus on presentation and consistency.
- Food Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.

Hours and Shifts:
5 day working week which includes weekends, but generally no evenings.

Salary:
DOE from £26.000 - £28.000 per annum + performance bonus + tips
