We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Team Leader to oversee our production lines. In this role, you will ensure that targets are consistently met and that all products are packed to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing a team, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement in a busy warehouse setting
Duties and responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team on the production lines.
- Ensure daily targets are met efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain high standards of product quality and packaging.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise.
- Implement and enforce health and safety guidelines.

- Experience in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
