Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and tutorials in (specific subject areas)
- Develop and update course materials and assessments
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Conduct and publish high-quality research in relevant fields

Qualifications
- BCom Honours in Human Resource or a closely related field
- Demonstrated teaching experience at the university level
- Strong research profile with a track record of publications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
