As Product Quality Manager, you will oversee the quality management of a dedicated Fruit product category, ensuring compliance with retail customer standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working positively with both internal teams and external partners, driving product excellence
- Managing product quality for a key tropical fruit category, ensuring compliance with retail customer requirements
- Lead product audits, quality checks, and compliance assessments in a packing environment
Experience required:

Experience in product quality management within the Fresh Produce sector, ideally with a focus on Fruit, Exotics, Tropical categories

Strong understanding of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and retail customer requirements in the Fresh Produce sector

Proven track record in managing product quality in a Packhouse, 3rd Party Packing, or similar environment
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of product quality
Salary: £35-40k per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, with flexibility at other times as required
Location: Based in Essex, commutable from Kent, Essex, and Suffolk
