As a Sales Supervisor based in Coventry (CV1 4DW), you’ll be responsible for:
Supporting and leading your team of Sales Advisors / Contract Leads, inspiring them to focus on providing exemplary customer service
Drive activity within the team to deliver all branch KPIs and targets
Build excellent working relationships with our customers and wider Wolseley teams to ensure that business development opportunities are identified
This is a full time permanent position working 40 hours per week, hours will vary Monday – Friday between 7am – 5pm along wiht 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am – 12pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Sales or customer service experience.
Trade experience is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Experience managing or supervising a small team would be desirable.
