The Creative Strategist will be responsible for crafting, guiding, and executing creative strategies that drive brand growth, resonate with audiences, and align with our business objectives. This role combines creativity with analytical skills, requiring a professional who can develop innovative ideas grounded in insights and data. The Creative Strategist will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to bring campaigns and projects to life from concept through execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

2. Audience Insights: Conduct research to identify consumer trends, behaviors, and insights that inform creative direction and drive meaningful engagement.
3. Strategy Creation: Build creative strategies that align with brand goals and marketing objectives, considering the competitive landscape and brand positioning.
4. Campaign Ideation and Execution: Collaborate with teams to ideate and oversee campaign development across multiple channels, including digital, social media, video, and traditional media.
5. Content Development: Collaborate with content creators, designers, and writers to bring creative ideas to life through engaging storytelling and brand-relevant messaging.
6. Data and Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance and consumer engagement metrics, using insights to optimize strategies and inform future projects.
7. Presentation and Pitching: Present creative concepts, strategies, and pitches to internal teams and stakeholders, articulating the rationale and expected impact of ideas.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with broader company objectives.
9. Innovation and Trendspotting: Stay updated on emerging trends, creative tools, and industry developments to keep the brand’s creative strategies fresh, relevant, and impactful.
Key Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
• Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, or in a similar role, ideally within a creative agency or marketing department.
• Strong understanding of consumer insights, brand positioning, and digital marketing principles.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with a talent for presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to balance creative ideas with practical business considerations and strategic objectives.
• Proficiency in relevant software, including digital analytics tools and creative platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
