Assistant Financial Accountant to join our Finance Team in Telford. The ideal candidate would be a strong Administrator, embarking on their AAT qualification, and looking to gain valuable experience in a busy Finance Team
Key responsibilities in the role of the Assistant Financial Accountant, will include: •Preparation and posting of journals.
•Inter Company recharges and reconciliations.
•Providing information to the external auditors as required.
•Processing Payroll journals.
•Assisting with month and year end.
•Prepare bank reconciliations.
•Daily banking duties.
•Use of Excel spreadsheets to present and analyse key information.
Key skills & experience for the Assistant Financial Accountant: •You will have commenced your AAT qualification.
•Excellent Excel skills.
•SAP experience would be beneficial.
•Must be able to think clearly, deliver quickly and accurately.
•Persistent, resourceful, self-motivated and be able to work to deadlines.
•Ability to build effective working relationships - internal and external.
