Are you a charismatic and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Advisor/Customer Service Advisor to join our client's dynamic team in Congleton for a 3-month temporary assignment starting in January.
The successful candidate must have their own transport as travelling between sites will be required. Paying 13.50 per hour, the hours are between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am and 4pm on a weekend on a rota basis.
In this role, you will have the chance to engage with a variety of customers, providing them with professional and friendly support. With your excellent communication skills, you'll deliver a top-notch sales and enquiry service in a vibrant environment.
Responsibilities:
Interact confidently and energetically with customers both face-to-face and over various digital channels, ensuring their needs are met.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries and offering suitable products/services
Employ a soft sales approach, showcasing your customer service skills and building strong relationships with customers
Collaborate closely with colleagues across the organisation, working together to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, preferably with a focus on sales
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to different customer preferences
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a positive attitude
Access to own transport, as travel to various sites in Cheshire may be required
