You will
- make sure the relevant KPIs and numbers are defined, captured and evaluated where needed and therefore you will
- establish data capture and analytics setups to efficiently manage cost-center and cost carrier / project reporting and analysis, ensuring timely financial oversight
- conduct detailed data analysis to provide insights and support decision-making
- oversee budget tracking and ensure adherence to financial plans
- perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks in collaboration with our accounting and tax service provider
- manage pre- and post-calculation to evaluate project and product profitability
- develop and maintain standard contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial standards
- oversee several performance critical aspects of our supply chain, including
- monitor and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost and reliability data
- establish and track the use of standard contracts and agreements with suppliers
- manage special projects
- based on current needs and your interest, we always have special projects to work on. Those can span across the above-mentioned areas but also beyond, such as marketing, HR, finance, operations or others.
We are looking for you if
- you bring a business-related education (e.g. BA/MSc. In finance or business, or Industriekaufmann/-frau in connection with relevant work experience)
- work experience in finance, accounting and controlling, incl. reporting, analysis, budgeting, etc.
- you enjoy getting things done proactively in the above areas with a positive spirit
- attention to detail comes natural to you
- reliability and discretion are a matter of course for you
- you are passionate about finance, enjoy data capture and analysis, and have a strong commitment to accuracy
- you are comfortable with standard office tools, and fluent in spoken and written English and German (at least C1 level)
- proficiency in ERP systems is an advantage
