Branch Manager
at their distribution center in Cape Town. They're looking for an experienced manager with strong leadership and warehouse management skills to oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of Aluminum and Glass products
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (AAAMSA, SAGGA, NHBR)
Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and service levels
Improve processes, ensure timely delivery to customers, and maintain high safety standards
Oversee financials, control costs, and manage warehouse budgets
Building client base and upholding client relationships
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (advantageous)
5+ years of management experience in a warehouse setting, preferably in the aluminum and glass industry
Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills
Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control
Sales experience is essential
