We are looking for a Senior Automotive Project Estimator based in Gqeberha.
Take on challenging tasks:
Understanding technical requirements of clients in
the automotive industry.
Creating of concept solutions required for
potential projects.
Checking of concept solution feasibility.
Performing engineering calculations to determine
required equipment and material specifications.
Costing of hardware and labour required for
potential projects.
Preparing and formatting of offer
documentation.
Preparing and formatting of sales concept
presentations.
Completing project offers according to
customer driven timing.
Developing and creating of tools to improve
the efficiency of project costing and offer
creation.
Working with engineers and project teams to
identify areas of improvement for future project
offers.
Your skills:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in automotive or
project engineering advantageous.
Engineering based qualification required (NDip or
higher).
Experience in project costing advantageous.
High degree in computer literacy in MS Office.
Very good analytical, verbal and written
communication skills
Pro-active work ethic.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
