We are looking for an Integrations Delivery Manager (IDM) who is based in SEA to join our Supply domain , more specifically in the Integrations team, which is responsible for onboarding carriers onto our system (integrating external systems, harmonizing data structures and building revenue-increasing products for carriers). This is key to scale our business, therefore our focus is on innovation and automation.
What you will do:
- Extend functionalities to enable new opportunities.
- Automate and innovate our existing inventory (our API product is already used by big players).
- Own scoping and management of onboarding new carriers; establish wider scope throughout Asia.
- Take a lead role in defining and challenging strategic decisions.
- Contribute to the team with process improvements (e.g. Jira, reporting etc.).
- Build relationships with key stakeholders (internal/external – C-level).

Who you are:
- 3+ years or more of professional experience in Product Management.
- Hands-on experience with the technical side of the product (API / Data products).
- Strong stakeholder experience within with ability to influence without direct authority (including C-level executives).
- Good at context switching whilst showing proactivity and ownership across your responsibilities.
- Experience working with complex products (advantage).
- Good management skills (product, process, project, people management).
- Experience working within cross-functional teams.
- Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related studies.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Leadership experience (nice to have)
- Transportation industry standards (nice to have)
