We are looking for a tech-savvy and talented Level 1 Technician to join our client's team of experts in providing exceptional customer service and repairing a wide range of devices. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing software and mechanical repairs, including display replacements, dock connectors, and sub PBA replacements, and battery replacements on all makes and models excluding iPad. The ideal candidate will also possess strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and have experience in performing software repairs.
Responsibilities:
Perform software and mechanical repairs on all makes and models of devices Conduct monthly stock takes to ensure proper inventory management Maintain a clean and organized workshop and specialized tooling Backup customer information for secure data protection Provide excellent customer service and support Possess good housekeeping and time management skills
Requirements:
Matric certification or equivalent Minimum of 2 years' experience in the cellular industry Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Passion for technology and willingness to learn new skills
