The ideal candidate must have excellent attention to detail, campaign management, database management, order management, query management, and content creation experience, as well as website management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management Create and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization Manage customer orders, including fulfillment, shipping, and returns Manage the customer database, including email lists, customer profiles, and purchase history Respond to customer queries and provide excellent customer service Create and curate content for the online store, including product descriptions, blog posts, and social media posts Manage website updates, including design changes, new product launches, and feature enhancements Conduct market research and provide insights into the target audience's needs and preferences
Requirements:
2+ years of experience managing an online store or e-commerce website Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with campaign management, database management, order management, query management, and content creation Proficiency in website management tools Good technical understanding of bicycles and bicycle accessories and gear Passion for cycling and a commitment to providing the best possible experience for our customers
