Job Title: UCS Technician (Production)

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required: - A diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aviation Engineering.
- Proven 2+ years experience working with UCS systems in a production or aviation environment.
Beneficial requirements: - Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, calibration, and system optimization.
- Familiarity with aviation industry standards and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Duties and responsibilities: Responsible for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting UCS equipment in aviation production. Ensures system efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Set up, operate, and maintain Universal Control Systems (UCS) equipment used in aviation production processes.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of UCS systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure UCS systems meet quality and safety standards.
- Calibrate and adjust UCS equipment as needed for specific production requirements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Document maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting activities, providing detailed reports for compliance and process improvement.
