My client is a casual dining restaurant based in Birmingham City Centre, looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead their team in providing high quality service to all their customers
The duties and responsibilities of the General Manager will be:
- Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring proper performance and a positive work environment.
- Oversee customer service, address complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Manage budgets, control costs, track sales, and analyse financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labour regulations.
- Develop marketing strategies, engage with the community, and promote the restaurant.
The ideal General Manager will:
- Have experience in a Restaurant Management position
- Have experience in a casual dining setting
- Be passionate about the industry
- Flexible, dedicated and good customer service skills
Job-type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: 40,000 per annum,
Schedule: 5/7 days, 8-12 hour shifts
