We are excited to be working exclusively with a brand new client in the Skipton area who are looking for a Finance Assiatnat on a full time basis (2pm finish every Friday). The ideal candidate must have a great sense of humour, be a good team worker, able to work well under pressure and have previous finance expereince.The duties are listed below:
- Preparing weekly supplier payment runs
- Uploading invoices onto Paperless system
- Sending signed off invoices to Director on Paperless
- Checking statements at month end
- Checking off purchase orders
- Marking off Payments from customers
- Sending statements
- Creating invoices
- Helping Financial controller where needed
