The HR Operations Manager will optimize HR transactional performance, enhance HR systems, and cultivate a high-performance culture that aligns with our agile and manufacturing goals.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Tertiary Education (Diplomas, Certificates, Degrees).
Bachelors degree (HR, HRM).
Experience:
5+ years in senior management.
HR and IR experience.
Knowledge & Skills:
Sound HR and IR knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:
Support and Entrench the Policy:
Implement and promote compliance with HR standards, policies, and guidelines.
Drive HR transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Performance Management:
Implement performance management frameworks.
Guide managers on performance objectives and development.
Foster a culture of continuous feedback and evaluation.
Analyse performance data for improvement.
Operations Management:
Optimize HR systems and workflows.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Implement and manage HR processes for agility and efficiency.
Manage workforce planning, onboarding, induction, and offboarding.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Improve employee engagement, morale, and retention.
Address employee relations issues and promote a collaborative environment.
Enhance employee well-being and promote diversity and inclusion.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Advise senior management on HR matters.
Manage and develop the HR operations team.
Collaborate with operations, production, and leadership teams.
General Responsibilities:
Perform additional tasks as required by management.
Transitional Outputs and Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure accurate payroll processing.
Manage talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Oversee training programs and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with BBBEE, Employment Equity, and compensation management.
Act as a trusted advisor on health and safety matters.
Participate in board committees and manage SMETA certification.
