As the Revenue Management Specialist, you will drive the Annual Revenue Plan and Profitability Strategy, forecasting performance, analyzing market trends, and advising on revenue-boosting initiatives. Key responsibilities include competitive analysis, group evaluations, business performance reporting, and leading weekly revenue meetings.
Qualifications:
3-year Hospitality Diploma and a Revenue Management Qualification.
Experience in revenue management with knowledge of cloud-based PMS, channel management, and GDS.
Intermediate MS Excel skills and familiarity with Ideas G3 or Ideas RMS.
Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
