of high-quality products for purification and stabilization of proteins. Customers of our products
are university laboratories, the research-based pharmaceutical industry and biotechnology
companies.
- Take ownership of the Protein Purification Product Group, driving its growth and success.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to spot trends and understand customer needs, shaping the future of our products.
- Develop product strategies and implement them yourself—you'll create marketing materials, write compelling campaigns, and design trade fair content with your own hands.
- Craft engaging visuals —an eye for design is essential.
- Write your own email and social media campaigns, as well as promotional content for trade shows.
- Work closely with the sales team and cross-functional colleagues to turn ideas into results and keep everyone aligned on goals.
- Scientific background (advanced degree in molecular biology, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, life sciences, or similar) paired with an MBA or first experience in marketing alternatively, a degree in economics with a specialization in marketing and relevant working experience in biotech or pharma industries.
- Ideally, you have a solid understanding of protein research and purification technologies.
- 1+ years of experience in product management, focused on combining scientific expertise with commercial growth strategies
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot as well as relevant market analysis tools & databases (e.g. industry research reports, financial data, market trends, and competitive intelligence)
- You are confident in English —both written and spoken. Your German is at least B1 level.
- You enjoy working collaboratively towards a common goal and adding your perspective and skills.
- You're a doer who turns strategies into results and thrives on hands-on execution.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other Adobe Suite tools is a plus, not a must.
- A full-time role (40 hours/week) with flexible working hours
