To provide general intellectual property (IP) legal solutions to meet business requirements, and engage in legal risk management and mitigation in relation to IP related matters.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree
- Field of Study: Legal
Experience Required
- Intellectual Property: 5-7 years
- Proven experience in the provision of legal advice, drafting, vetting, review, dissemination and/or negotiation, with at least 5 years' experience in an IP specialist role, either in practice or in-house.
- Identification and mitigation of legal risk.
- At least 3 years' people management experience (not necessarily direct reports), where applicable.
