JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting customers
- Assist walk-in customers
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Customer service
- Cross-sell products
- Determine the customer’s needs and wants
- Processing sales and conduct payment transactions
- Product knowledge
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Similar experience would be an advantage
- Industry experience will be an added advantage
- Young, vibrant, energetic
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Own reliable transport
