Perform internal audits globally for the ZEISS Group (planning, fieldwork, reporting, follow-up)

Become a #curatorofrisk and provide targeted insights and perspectives for better business performance and assurance at ZEISS

Conduct business analytics and work on own audit areas to improve business, financials, governance and internal control systems

Contribute to improvements of efficiency and effectiveness at ZEISS and affiliated entities

Develop also own solutions for digital analysis and automation in controls as well as audit methodologies and reporting

Contribute to an effective and efficient follow-up of management actions

Drive the department's Cultural Journey towards a more network, performance-oriented audit organization

University degree in science, business administration, information technology, engineering, data-journalism or a similar field

Preferably relevant hands-on experience in Auditing, Internal Controls, Consulting, Data Science, Business Analytics, or similar

Eager to learn, willing to be part of the transformation at ZEISS and constantly improving skills

Strong business and process knowledge, IT and analytical skills (SAP S/4, Celonis, Large Language Models or similar capabilities would be an asset)
