Our client in the Life Insurance Industry is seeking a consultant, who is organised, is quality and deadline driven, with good administrative skills to join their team.

Job Location: Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls for confirmation of cover
- Assist with queries after the online capture of new proposals.
- Keep the finger on the pulse of internal service level agreements
- Work closely with the underwriting teams to achieve targets and turnaround times
- Quality assurance of captured information.
- Escalating any issues appropriately
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 with Maths literacy or NFS achievement level 3
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Experience in health-related terminology is preferable
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferable
