Are you looking for a new role where you can develop your career?
You will lead the site operations department, providing front line leadership across our Fresh Management team delivering right first time quality service, standards and performance.
You will drive the business forward through continual improvement processes, utilising department resources available to the fullest.
What you will be doing:
- Oversee and manage all operations and KPIs within the factory
- Contribute to the development of the sites in order to achieve all objectives.
- Review lead processes within to meet FEMAS, BRC, TFMS and other external and internal audit criteria, including CCP s, GMP, Complaints, Non-Conformances and Audit readiness.
- Manage customer service level to business agreed targets
- Manage resources to ensure optimum productivity with minimum downtime.
What we want from you:

- Experience in Food Manufacturing

- Degree Level qualification
- 5 years experience in management within FMCG (ideally high risk food manufacturer(s
- Financial/Budgeting skills
