Key Responsibilities for the Insolvency Manager - Lead and manage corporate insolvency cases, including Administrations and Liquidations.
- Provide expert advice and strategic solutions to clients, creditors, and stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor a team of insolvency professionals, fostering their development and growth.
- Ensure compliance with relevant insolvency regulations and industry best practices.
