The Opportunity for the Insolvency Practitioner: We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Insolvency Practitioner to lead corporate insolvency cases, including liquidations and administrations. You will play a pivotal role in managing complex portfolios, providing strategic advice, and mentoring a talented team of insolvency professionals.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the management of corporate insolvency cases, including Administrations and Liquidations.
- Provide strategic guidance and advice to clients, creditors, and stakeholders.
- Lead and develop a team of insolvency professionals, offering mentorship and guidance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant insolvency regulations and best practices.
- Devise innovative solutions to maximise recoveries and safeguard client interests.
- Build and nurture client relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery.
To Be Successful as the Insolvency Practitioner, You Will Need: - Qualification as an Insolvency Practitioner (JIEB or equivalent), with extensive experience in corporate insolvency and recovery.
- Strong technical knowledge of insolvency legislation and procedures.
- Proven experience leading and managing teams.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Exceptional organisational abilities to handle complex cases effectively.
- A proactive, strategic mindset with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to showcase 3 years worth of billings / business won.
