Key Responsibilities for the Insolvency Manager

Lead the management of corporate insolvency cases, including Administrations, Liquidations, and Receiverships.
Provide expert advice and strategic solutions to clients, creditors, and other stakeholders.
Supervise and mentor a team of insolvency professionals, fostering their development.
Ensure compliance with relevant insolvency regulations and industry best practices.
Collaborate with clients to develop innovative strategies that maximise recovery and protect their interests.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

The Ideal Candidate for the Insolvency Manager Role

Significant experience in managing corporate insolvency cases, with strong technical expertise.
Relevant insolvency qualifications such as CPI, ACA, or ACCA (JIEB qualification preferred but not essential).
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
Exceptional client-facing and relationship management skills.
A strategic, solution-driven mindset with strong organisational skills.

The Package for the Insolvency Manager Role

Competitive salary in the range of £40,000 - £65,000, depending on experience.
