Planning & Scheduling - Develop a robust preventive and predictive maintenance schedule
Work Order Management - To process, Prioritize and issue orders
Inventory & Resource Management - Manage a strategic stock of critical spare parts and high wear components.
Technical documentation & compliance - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
Analysis & Continuous Improvement - Perform root cause analysis for significant equipment failures and provide insight
Collaboration & Communication - Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and H&S teams to align maintenance activities with the factorys operational goals
Prepare detailed work scope for each task
Review completed work orders for quality and completion
Coordinate procurement to source necessary materials , ensuring cost effectiveness.
Track and report maintenance KPIs such as equipment availability, mean time between failures(MTBF), and maintenance backlog
Prepare monthly reports on maintenance performance , presenting finding and recommendations to senior management
Establish targets for maintenance productivity and cost reduction , working towards continuous performance improvement
