About therole
We are looking for an AssistantHead to support the development of Quality of Education and thecurriculum across our school. The successful candidate will bepassionate about building secure relationships with young peopleand will have the ability to motivate and develop staff in a teamwhich prides itself as being collaborative andsupportive.
The Assistant Headteacherwill:
Be aninspirational teacher looking to develop thecurriculum.

School for Inspiring Talents (SfIT) is an independent dayschool, supporting the most vulnerable young people in society aged5-16; those children who do not find it easy to fit into existingeducational provision.
