Role Requirements
- A grounded understanding of protection products to provide suitable protection advice
- Natural ability to identify opportunities will be a key to your success within this role, mainly identifying opportunities to promote protection products where appropriate
- A meticulous approach to paperwork, the accuracy of data entry/electronic filing.
- A clear, concise, polite, and reassuring telephone manner.
- Providing protection reviews to all new mortgage enquiries
- Conducting annual reviews with existing clients to ensure their existing protection package is appropriate to their needs and circumstances
- Renewing policies or winning back lapsed customers
