Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop Project-Based Client Training Programs
- Create project-based training courses to teach clients how to design, implement, and maintain solutions using Power BI, SQL, Azure, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Customize courses and training materials to address specific client needs and technical requirements.
2. Establish and Document SOPs and Best Practices
- Develop and maintain SOPs based on industry best practices, ensuring consistent approaches to solution design, development, and deployment.
- Document detailed technical workflows, troubleshooting guides, and solution architectures.
- Update SOPs and best practice documents regularly to reflect evolving standards and technology updates.
3. Collaborate with the Professional Services Team
- Partner with our consulting and technical teams to identify documentation and process gaps.
- Develop process documentation, templates, and checklists to enhance service delivery quality.
- Proactively gather feedback on training and documentation needs and adjust materials accordingly.
4. Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing
- Stay current with Power BI, Acterys, SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform updates, integrating new functionalities and approaches into training and documentation.
- Foster knowledge sharing within the company by creating and presenting training materials, technical documentation, and internal workshops.
