We are currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager to lead a team of several team leaders overseeing numerous core functions. The role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving performance to meet weekly KPIs, and implementing effective service center methodologies.
You will be responsible for managing the team leads to meet monthly targets, advise on processes and manage the delivery of the service, ensuring the team meets the business objectives.

Manage and mentor several team leaders, fostering a collaborative and high performance culture. You will conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team effectiveness Oversee service delivery operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations as well as monitoring performance metrics to drive improvement Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practice are shared and implemented Act as a point of contact for escalated issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…
Minimum of 5 years in a management role Demonstrated experience in leading teams, with a focus on operations within the UK Healthcare Service Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics and KPIs Experience in implementing process improvements and service center methodologies
