Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or supervisory certifications preferred. 3-5 years of supervisory experience in meat processing or a similar food production environment. Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP). Demonstrated leadership ability, with a talent for managing diverse teams. Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure settings. Technical Skills: Knowledge of meat processing equipment and machinery. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
